How does the Circulatory System and the Urinary System interact?
The urinary system is related to the circulatory system because blood passes through the two kidneys to be filtered of wastes such as water, urea, and small waste molecules. The kidneys are made of capillaries and blood vessels that filter the wastes. The wastes diffuse out of the capillaries and are then to be disposed. The wastes are sent to the ureter and then to the bladder where it is held until it is ready to exit out of the urethra.
