The amino acid from the stomach is going into the blood. After used by cells there is ammonia and urea. This is made into urine in the kidney. KIDNEY ON THE LEFT, STOMACH ON THE RIGHT
Urinary System and the Digestive System interact in many ways. The stomach breaks down protein for amino acid. The amino acid will travel around for cells to use. The extra amino acids are broken down. The nitrogen combine with the hydrogen to make ammonia. Ammonia is poisonous so it needs to be released. So the urinary system takes ammonia to put into the urine. Also they turn extra nitrogen to urea. Urea is a waste product formed when protein is used. So the waste products and poisonous substances like ammonia and urea are going to go into the kidney to form urine. This is how the Digestive System and Urinary system interact. The digestive system makes amino acids to form all the waste products and the urinary system gets rid of the waste products.
